The play deals with a trio of construction workers who, over their lunchtime sandwiches, make some startling confessions to each other: Charlie confides that he is really the kidnapped Lindbergh baby; Frank, now that the truth is coming out, admits that he is actually the long-lost son of Czar Nicholas the Second of Russia; while Joe, admitting that he is only a nobody in this life, does concede that he was Marie Antoinette in an earlier one!
