This surrealistic, black comedy finds vicious, jealous Mike living in a tatty flat with ex-whore Joyce. Wilson arrives, purportedly looking for a room, but begins acting strangely, annoying Joyce and checking to make sure that Mike's revolver is loaded. When Mike returns he gets on fine with Wilson until he realises that Wilson is the brother (and homosexual lover) of a man he recently killed in a hit-and-run accident. Wilson leaves after confirming that Mike would kill anyone interfering with Joyce. Next day he returns and stages his own murder, getting Mike to shoot him after pretending intimacy with Joyce.
